Finally the spring greens are growing and we can forage! Waterleaf, cattails, ramps…maybe we’ll even see some morels. We’ll start the class learning the in and outs of basic foraging. Then we’ll hike out on some trails to identify various plants, shrubs and trees that we can use as wild foods and herbal medicinals. Open to all ability levels. We will be walking so plan accordingly. Muck boots or hiking shoes recommended.
