Herbal Stress Relief + Yoga

Headed to yoga for some stress relief? Come for an evening to learn some amazing herbs that can help you stay grounded during the rest of the day. Urban Nettle herbalist Katharine Ostrowski will lead us through an amazing array of herbs you can add to your daily regimen to help you stay grounded, focused and free of stress.

Jamie will lead you through a slow flow asana class, designed to help you let go of physical tension followed by a short series of restorative poses to soften and relax the body. the asana will conclude with a guided meditation in savasana.
